FILAFLOW PARTNERS

Privacy policy

Last updated: October 24, 2026

This policy covers FilaFlow Partners, operated by Lanalytic Servicos de Tecnologia, CNPJ 22.322.375/0001-00, Avenida Rosalvo Aderaldo, 560, Fernandopolis, SP, Brazil. Privacy contact: contato@filaflow.com.br.

Information we process

We process workspace and account details, email addresses, authentication records, connected Instagram account identifiers, access credentials, API activity and technical logs. Messaging events can include sender and recipient identifiers, message text, attachment links, timestamps and delivery or read information. We also process subscription identifiers, plan status and billing transaction references. Card details are entered with the payment provider, not stored by Partners.

Why we use it

We use this information to authenticate users, connect accounts, send messages, deliver webhooks, troubleshoot failures, manage subscriptions, prevent abuse and meet legal obligations. Depending on the processing, the basis is performance of a contract, a legal obligation, legitimate interests such as service security, or consent where required.

Messaging and your destinations

For message content processed on a business customer's instructions, that customer determines the purpose of its integration. Webhook events are sent to the destinations configured by the customer. Those destinations receive the event data and operate under their own security and privacy practices. Customers are responsible for appropriate notices, permissions and lawful use.

Providers and international processing

Data is shared as needed with Meta to operate Instagram connections, infrastructure providers to run the service, Paddle for new subscription payments and Stripe for existing Stripe subscriptions, and customer-selected webhook destinations. Processing may occur outside your country. Where required, applicable safeguards must govern international transfers. We may also disclose information when legally required. See Stripe's privacy policy for its independent payment processing.

Retention and security

Messages, events and technical records may be stored to support delivery, retries, troubleshooting and service operation. Partners is not a permanent message archive. We retain information as necessary for those purposes and legal requirements, then delete or anonymize it as applicable. We do not promise a fixed 48-hour deletion period. Access controls and credential protection help safeguard data, but no system is risk-free.

Cookies and your choices

The workspace uses session cookies needed for authentication. Connected services and checkout may apply their own policies. You can revoke connections and keys in the workspace. For access, correction, deletion, information about sharing or other rights available under applicable law, contact our privacy email. We may need to verify your identity; legal retention requirements can limit deletion. If you contacted a business through Instagram, contact that business about its use of your conversation.

Updates

We will publish policy updates here and communicate material changes where appropriate.
